Best SP show!
I've been to 4 other Don Was and The Pan Detroit Ensemble shows over the years and this one was hands down the best. All the good classics, some more obscure favorites and a few great covers as well.
The energy was also on point because everyone there was a true fan. The music, the video, and light show were great.
3 hours of rollercoaster fun, as they blended slower tracks with faster, harder ones. A few of the solos could have used a little less reverb and flair (in my opinion), but overall it was the best Pumpkins concert I've been to and I wish my other favorite bands would put on something like this.
Billy gave a short, but hilarious monologue at the end.
Venue/lighting complaint: I sat in section G of the Viejas arena and one of the lamps was blaring in my face most of the time. I think there could have been some testing during setup to minimize this for the audience at either side of the stage.
